Depot Flats is a 22-unit property acquired under an MLA. Early on, we identified the opportunity for local management to streamline expenses through contract negotiations and relationships built over years of community involvement. This property is strategically unique in that each unit has an attached garage and in-unit washers/dryers. This also made it a perfect candidate for partial repositioning to mid-term rentals.
