Ryan Lewis
Ryan Lewis is the Founder and Principal of Western Edge Property Ventures. Born and raised in Houston and now deeply rooted in West Texas, his career has been spent as a Project Manager on large, complex construction projects, as well as a Program Manager for Open AI's Stargate I hyperscale data center. These experiences have shaped his ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and execute business plans with discipline and efficiency —foundational skills that guide every investment decision at Western Edge.
Driven by a vision to do more with less, Ryan specializes in identifying underperforming properties, streamlining operations, and executing quiet but powerful value-add strategies. His leadership is rooted in West Texas values—integrity, grit, and stewardship—and his focus remains clear: build or maintain long-term wealth for partners through smart, efficient investing.
